What P0041 means
- The fault code P0041 indicates that there is an issue with the signals coming from the oxygen sensors located after the catalytic converters on both sides of the engine. The signals from bank 1 sensor 2 and bank 2 sensor 2 have been swapped causing the engine control module to be unable to accurately monitor the emissions system.
