Description:

  • ECM (car computer) not able to read fuel pump signals, and thus may not be able to do its job properly

Possible Symptoms:

  • Check Engine Light/MIL will be on

Possible Causes:

  • Faulty Fuel Pump

  • Fuel pump harness is open or shorted

  • Fuel pump circuit poor electrical connection

  • Faulty Fuel Pump Relay

  • Faulty fuel pump control module (if applicable)
