Description:

  • The fault code P0734 indicates that there is an issue with the fourth gear ratio in the transmission. This may cause the vehicle to shift poorly or not at all in fourth gear.

Possible Symptoms:

  • Poor shifting or no shifting in fourth gear

  • Illuminated check engine light

  • Harsh shifting or slipping in other gears

  • Engine RPMs high but vehicle speed does not increase

  • Transmission overheating
