Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) or Check Engine Light illuminated
Transmission shifting issues, such as harsh shifting, delayed shifting, or failure to shift
Abnormal or erratic behavior of the transmission
Reduced performance or power loss
Potential limited drivability due to the range or performance issue in the transmission fluid pressure sensor/switch 'B' circuit
Faulty transmission fluid pressure sensor/switch 'B'
Wiring or connection problems in the transmission fluid pressure sensor/switch 'B' circuit
Loose or corroded connectors in the transmission system
Low transmission fluid level or poor fluid condition
Faulty transmission control module (TCM)
Intermittent issues with the transmission fluid pressure sensor/switch 'B'
Transmission Fluid Pressure Sensor: Gear fluid line delivers gear fluid/oil between the various gear parts that need lubrication. The Gear fluid line pressure Sensor monitors the fluid pressure in the line. Problems lead to difficulty in shifting gears
Test and replace the faulty transmission fluid pressure sensor/switch 'B', if necessary
Inspect and repair the transmission fluid pressure sensor/switch 'B' circuit for any issues, such as damaged wires or connectors
Ensure the connectors in the transmission system are secure and free from corrosion
Check and replenish the transmission fluid level, and ensure it is in good condition
Test and replace the faulty transmission control module (TCM), if necessary
Inspect the transmission system for any intermittent issues and repair as needed
